More than 4000 litres in 10 years - that's how much blood our colleagues have donated over the past decade. Let’s celebrate them on World Blood Donor Day!

It’s not only medicines our company contributes with to the recovery of the patients: the fact that many of our employees regularly donate blood demonstrates our colleagues’ commitment as well. According to the Blood Donor Association of Egis, every year hundreds of our colleagues participate in blood donations organised at Egis' premises. Over the past ten years, our employees donated more than 4,000 litres of blood at our Budapest and Körmend sites. Many of them are regular donors: we are proud that we have almost 90 colleagues who have given blood more than ten times, and our "senior" donor is a 140-time blood donor.
