Our company was among the first companies to sign the Diversity Charter in 2015; the following year, we were one of the founding signatories of the Diversity Charter Hungary. The initiative sets out and promotes the European Union's anti-discrimination and equal opportunities principles among the employers.
From 2017 onwards, we have joined in the yearly held Diversity Week by organising different activities. According to our message, there are many of us and we are all different: generational diversity is a feature of our company – we have colleagues from trainees to working retirees.  
We aim to reach out to all age groups and raise awareness of the importance of mutual acceptance and equal opportunities.
