At Egis we regularly organize so called “Navigator Days” to help our new colleagues’ integration.

In the previous years these full-day, face-to-face  events  helped our new colleagues not only to learn about our company, about its values and goals but also gave them an opportunity to  broaden their network of contacts,  make new friends and integrate into the Egis community more easily. These events also helped those who joined Egis from other industries to become familiar with the characteristics and basic concepts of the pharmaceutical industry. Becasue of the pandemic, we had to move the programme online; in May, four different departments were introduced to our new colleagues in a varied and exciting way, in Q&A sections and small group discussions. 

In August, on the next Navigation Day we will welcome those colleagues who have joined our company since May.
