The three-day event in Szeged was visited by more than 350 students of pharmacy, both from abroad and from Hungarian universities which offer trainings in pharmacy (University of Debrecen, University of Pécs, University of Szeged, Semmelweis University).
In line with the main topic of the event, our colleagues were expecting questions about the career paths and opportunities available for undergraduates in Egis. The students received information not only about the intern and junior positions, the compulsory traineeship opportunities, or about the Egis-initiated credit course, the “Egis- Pharma from A to Z” but about our Next Generation trainee program too. Within this program, our young colleagues working in various fields can get a better understanding of our company and can participate in trainings that support them to integrate into the working world.
As we have learnt from our colleagues, the students were really interested and keen to hear more about the open positions at Egis. Our Career guidance booklet was a huge success. It shows career paths for young professionals who are interested in the pharma industry.
