Change in the primary phone numbers at the main headquarters of the Company.

EGIS Pharmaceuticals PLC (the 'Company', having its headquarters at H-1106 Budapest, Keresztúri út 30-38.), hereby notifies stock market participants in compliance with its obligation pursuant to Sections 55-56 of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Markets and to Section 1.17. of Enclosure 4 of the 24/2008. (VIII.15) Decree of the Minister of Finance about the change in the telephone contact details of the Company’s main headquarters.
