Competitive compensation, and work-life balance facilitated by flexible working hours and predictable schedule – according to the feedback of participating employees, these factors are the most important aspects affecting their choices when looking for a job. This time, unlike last year, stability also appeared as a key factor, meaning that employees also consider whether a company takes responsibility for its employees and strives to retain them even in the event of an economic downturn.

“Although Egis is a performance-oriented company, our focus is on our employees - said dr. Klára András, Director of Human Resources. - This concept, this principle is also expressed in our slogan; our primary goal is to make Egis a company people like working for. According to engagement surveys conducted among our colleagues, Egis consistently performs exceptionally, and their feedback reflects that we are on the right track. It gives me a great pleasure that our efforts are acknowledged outside the company as well; this is a great, collective success of all of us at Egis.
