In addition to the Family Friendly Company of the Year awards, which are presented in the categories of small, medium-sized, and large businesses, the jury also gives away the Family Friendly Company title every year. In 2021, our company was among the best candidates and again earned the title.  

 The aim of the initiative is to encourage companies in the business sector to adopt and promote a family-friendly approach.  Over the past 9 years companies that introduced good family-friendly workplace practices in line with the needs of their employees and adapted and applied them in innovative ways to suit specific situations have been awarded.

Judges not only looked at the unique and cost-effective solutions, but they also considered the embeddedness of the family-friendly approach in the corporate culture, the harmony between the strategy adopted by the management and the measures taken, the consistency between the concepts of the management and the colleagues’ needs.
